Paint colour and curtains for kitchen

What colour should I paint my kitchen. I also would like some suggestions for window treatments. The windows face east and south so there is a lot of sunlight but I also want privacy at night

I would paint the walls a color close to the floor color. Remove the blinds and get roman shades. You have a very pretty kitchen!

How about white wooden blinds or plant ion shutters?

With your white cabinets and neutral floor you can paint any color. I would get fabric roman shades check out: theshadestore.com They will send you free fabric samples. Then once you have decided on fabric choose wall color from it.

Like like yellow kitchens as the are cheerful anytime of day. Also, I like the plantation shutter suggestion. But white wood blinds maybe more affordable for you.

I do love the mini blinds. What kind of curtain or valance should I use over the mini blinds? The walls are Benjamin Moore homestead green.

South light stays with you longer than the light from the East, so go with Southern exposure. Try B.M. thunder for a color to balance the sunlight.

I am a big fan of Plantation Shutters, as you can control glare and get privacy when needed. Do them in white.

I was going to repaint my table and chairs. I think that the chairs being all black maybe too dark even though there is a lot of sunlight in the kitchen. I have removed the curtains too but the mini blinds remain. And the paint colour is still green. Thanks for all your advice.
