choosing wall color with golden oak tongue/groove on ceiling and floor

We are getting close to choosing paint color for our main room. We have a tongue and groove pine ceiling stained with golden oak and a similar color for the hardwood floors. Our house faces south and has many windows for light. I had chosen BM Weston Flax but concerned it may be to yellow or too light. Advice is very welcome ;-)

Hope this helps... look at www.kylieminteriors.ca. There is an article on her blog on paint colors to use with oak. it is written by someone with expertise on Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paint. Also she mentions to consider 'color of oak' ie what color finish/stain is on your oak.
