Polished Concrete

hello...we are renovating in the fall....how long does it take to do this kind of floor approx. size of room, 10x10.....do they ever scratch / crack, etc?
thanks so much for any info.

This particular floor is called an overlay. The only time I
have seen one crack is if the concrete cracks underneath of it. Yes you can
scratch the sealer. We recommend you wax the floor so you have a wearable surface
that can be renewed .
