What color of paint for our outdated cherry wood bedroom furniture?

We recently moved and need help in deciding what color to paint our Master bedroom furniture... We had all the woodwork painted white and the walls with SW Swanky Grey. I purchased a grey linen headboard & grey ottoman. I was possibly thinking Annie Sloane 's pure white or graphite. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Have you thought about restaining? I think if you went with an espresso color, it would really make a bigger impact than painting them and you could change the hardware. The mirror above the dresser could be replaced to feel more modern and hope you don't mind me saying but the bed's bedskirt could replaced with a tailored white one for a more up to date look.

Agree with Maureen...I would go darker with the case pieces, either staining them, or painting them black. I would turn the mirror to the vertical. It would give the room more height and balance out the lamp on the dresser. I would use a tailored bedskirt, too, but I like black, as it grounds the bed. A bed cover and artwork would add some color, interest and contrast. Good luck with your decorating. You are off to a good start!
