Is the surround a pre-fab unit or made on site. If made on site how did you get t he curved molding below the mantel?

Thank you for the compliments. This is a site built stone masonry surround with millwork mantle and legs wrapping the perimeter. The cabinetmaker built the curved pattern as applied moldings with corbels at each end as an "add" to the friese below the mantle.
