How funny, Ive seen this and thought the same....I am SO painting my old piano. I have thought about it for ages, but this room shot has convinced me!

Hi Andrea,i've got a piano which i still use a lot and many books in a small flat. i like what you've done here so i am considering having shelves around it like this. Do you find it difficult to get the books from the higher shelves above the piano?

Hi Andrea, how did you go about painting the piano? did you sand it first? and all the small area around the pedals and all, it must have been quite some work.. can you explain the process? do you have any tips ? thanks!
