Need help choosing a dining room paint color!

My dining room will be finished in a week (coffered ceilings being installed along with chair molding on mid-length of walls.) My wood floors are a very dark dark brown and here are the products i have purchased so far for the dining room:

What color paint do you recommend for dining room and coffered ceiling boxes??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Do the ceiling in off white or same color as trim . walls could be a light gray or a tan those are neutrals or do you like cool colors
