Check with tile layers/contractors to see if they have any left over or know someone who has used this tile.

Contact Ann Sacks (showroom supervisor) and find out who the manufacturer was. They don't make the tile but have various lines from different manufacturers. Better yet, if you are working with a tile contractor, designer, or general contractor, they may have a trade account with Ann Sacks (and a relationship) and could inquire on your behalf. Once you know the manufacturer, contact them directly. It is possible they still make it but don't supply it to Ann Sacks, or would perhaps do a custom order. For example, Scathain (a custom artisan shop in Milwaukee) makes a line for Ann Sacks (I have no idea if this is one of theirs), but they do commissioned work to the public and would likely be willing to make it for you (and perhaps without the mark-up!), or may even have left over stock.
