Too many doors, too little space--living room furniture dilemma!

Hello lovely people! We are in the midst of a significant renovation and the kitchen is gutted. Rather than angst over too much of what has already been decided there, I'm spending time trying to figure out a different furniture layout in our living room. It is basically 13 x 15 in a 1905 house with enough doors and windows to make your head spin in one room. Before we took up the worn out floor, we had the following in the room, traveling clockwise around the room (with 12 o'clock being the entrance to the dining room):

  • Mission style chair (built by my father, needs to stay)
  • end table
  • sofa with coffee table in front
  • end table
  • entryway
  • entertainment armoire with flat screen TV and sound system (that is going but likely replaced with a small cabinet and the TV can mount to the wall, wherever we decide to place it)
  • bedroom door
  • another bedroom door
  • small bookshelf
  • larger Stickley arm chair with foot stool (special piece, needs to stay)

Any suggestions on alternate placements of chairs, sofa, TV? The bookshelf can exit, ditto the armoire. We'd like seating for 4-5.
