Maestro Mosaics has a glass tile that looks very similar to this, but I've also seen a similar stone mosaic from Artistic Tile.

Hi there! Thank you so much. The countertops are Caesarstone. The backsplash is tricky... you can get a similar contemporary looking backsplash but it just depends where you are located. Shop around and make sure you get a great contractor on site!
