Yes, we can build an 84"x36"x31" fancy farm table for you. We can either finished or unfinished. I will have to work with Houzz to get another listing up. I will touch base with them now.

There is a price difference between unfinished and finished. If you had us finish it, do you know how you would like it done. I can have them create two product listings and you can choose.

Yes, we can build this in an unfinished DIY version of 84"x36"x31". We can also do a custom finish for you in that size. I would need to contact orders@houzz.com for them to create a custom listing for you. Please let me know which style, or custom finish you are wanting and I can let houzz customer service know.
