Need help picking a beige paint color!

We have a north facing house with not a lot of light. We also will have red oak floors and have dark brown furniture. I love the look of manchester tan in photos but on our walls anything with green or gray undertones looks gray. Could someone please suggest a light beige or tan wall color with slight yellow or brown undertones? The closest is Ben Moore lady finger but it has a strong yellow/peach cast at times. I didn't want it too yellow or too peach, just a true tan/beige. Any comments are most appreciated! Thank you!

Undertones can be tough, especially since light reflecting off your furniture, red oak floors and even the trees outside can play off your wall color. My beige walls have been reading a bit rosy due to the bright red leaves on a fall tree outside. Almost all beige has some rose undertones.

I have a soft creamy beige - Valspar Churchill Hotel Ecru and I am very happy with it. I have also used a little Valspar Mystique - just a test bottle, but also a nice beige. I am sure you could get either color in the brand of your choice. I have a lot of wood furniture of various wood tones and all go well with the Churchill Hotel.

It is really hard to get a good sense of a color on a computer monitor, but here are some walls in my kitchen:

Benjamin Moore - Linen. It is a timeless colour.

We liked Behr Gobi Desert and Behr Sandstone Cove. The second is much lighter but both are light colors and look great with oak flooring in a north facing room.

BM Berber white, and no it's not white, but tan. Painted my small master bath this color.

I was between Manchester Tan (Too pink/tan), Stingray (Too Grey/Green-Dark), Jute (too grey). I was about to go with Manchester Tan, which was my designer's suggestion, after all my vacillating on color, but something bothered me about it. I thought it would be just too traditional pink tan and blend right in with travertine floor and shower tile. Temporal Spirit was another option, but didn't pick up sample of this.

I ended up picking up a sample of Berber White, after some help from a nice Ace Hardware employee. Seemed to be the best neutral tan, that was warm enough, but not pink. I would suggest keeping up samples and trying some grieges, not just tans. Pinky tans don't really go well with greys. As you can see in my pics below, greys will stick out like a sore thumb, against pink/warm tans and yellows.

    Top: Stingray (left) Jute (right)

2nd Row: Berber White (left) Manchester Tan (Right)

3rd Row: Manchester Tan (Left) Jute (right)

    4th Row: Jute

Top Row: Berber White: (left) Manchester Tan (right)

Almost finished bathroom with Berber White. No windows in this room, so it is actually lighter than it appears.

A slightly darker, less tan version I painted my other bathroom. It's Lamb's Ear by Valspar, in BM Aura. I would suggest trying this one before more tans.

Thanks, Our place is covered in plastic because we had to change paint colors midstream. Here's a photo anyway. Main color in background is clay beige and you can see how gray it looks at dusk. We wanted something a little livelier. Those colors are left to right: BM ladyfinger, BM everlasting, (can'' remember far left but it'' too pink.

Here is another pic We were painting over BM barely beige with BM clay beige. I liked the barely beige but just wanted something a little darker.

Thanks so much for your help. That Lambs Ear color looks beautiful on your wall. I'll have to pick up a sample.
