Yes, first image is what i am considering, the second is our house. Right behind the truck is the addition which has a low pitch. We connected it to the back building which had ugly shingles, we are putting metal roof on that part too. In picture it looks blue. Roofer came and dried in both roofs...will be back in several weeks to put roof on. My concern is that the color of the roof in first image might not be the right "terracotta" color and is too bright and solid color for the barrel tiles. Am also considering corten. But then I thought, maybe I shouldn't match and go with a dark brown that goes with trim and wood lintels.

I would not try to match the barrel tile. May we see the brown you are contemplating?

Agree with not matching. Something dark brown.
