Hi, no stain was used - they are just red oak with a water-based poly matte finish.

Are these preto noshed floors or solid? Manufacturer? Thanks

The water based finish is clear and won't add the golden tone that comes from oiled based poly finishes. The floor also looks site finished. White Oak is a really pretty species and can also be easily stained whatever color you like.

Oak and Broad, which is your favorite on Red Oak Quarter Sawn wood floors, oiled based ploly or water based?
