the toilet looks white in the pic. but you can find white toilets all over the place for less than $100. (Craigslist...I know,,,but they are like new and cheap)

Paint the walls a different color! Blue, green, whatever.

Or, if leaving the walls,,,do the vanity in black and get a black shower curtain,,,or one w/black/ivory. Keep it pulled so you don't see your tile. get a black shower rug.

Then do some art or shelving over toilet

I like a watery grayish blue-green with beige. Add some black in accents. If you can paint the vanity, black would be good. Here is my bathroom. The floor tile and wall surround are the same tile, a beige and blue-gray textile look tile. They just look different colors in the 2 pictures because of the different lighting. The wall color is Farrow and Ball Skylight. It looks gray on the sample chip but a nice blue-gray on the wall.
