I have 11,000 square feet of land . Is it enough to build a 8 bedroom duplex house with a lovely drive way and garden?

Each site has it's own limitations and constraints. The shape and size of your garden would depend on the layout of the lot and the layout of the building. Bringing in a design professional like a Landscape Architect in the beginning of the project to help aid you in how to, and where to place your building would go a long way in helping you to achieve your goals.
