Hi, could you please tell me what this wall is made out of?

Hi Lauren, this wall is stone. However, it is a stone that is manufactured in 12" wide x 18" high panels. If you look closely you can see the vertical and horizontal joints. This was built 10+ years ago, but if you look at more high end stone/tile suppliers you should be able to find this product or something similar to it. Hope this helps, thank you for inquiring.
