It can't slide in like a drawer. the cabinet is 24" deep, a queen mattress is over 7 feet deep.

There is an accordion mechanism below that supports a chain. The chain is connected to the mattress. When the Zoom-Room unit is closed, the accordion contracts and is stored inside the cabinet, while the chain lifts the mattress up vertically. I assume the bedding needs to be removed before storing the mattress?
