Ned help with color for ceiling, crown molding and trim.

Most large rooms will be BM Barley with other rooms BM Tree Moss, Stratton blue, and Wheeling Neutral. Can I use either BM White Dove or Cloud White for ceiling, trim, and crown molding? My home is French Country. Is there a better color? Thanks
