Monstera deliciosa, new leaves become saggy

Hi,
I have it for almost a year now, have been doing really well, but the new leaves are becoming saggy, any advises?
New leaves normally harden itself and become 90 degrees to the stem within a few weeks, but the upper one is been like that for 4 months already, the one below is 2 months old.
Light fertilise every 3 weeks, water once a week
