The gray looks like Benjamin Moore Beacon Gray, for a white I would just use Benjamin Moore Simply White.

Its hard to tell with whites and shadows. The body could be a cream, and the trim white. Have you tried contacting the architect, and asking her?

It may be that the trim is a glossier sheen but it looks like it is probably the same color to my eye.
