Anyone have success espalier-ing berries?

My west facing side yards is fairly narrow and very long, and has 2 long beds divided with a pathway with 1 bed hugging the house and the other hugging the fence. I planted 5 citrus espaliers in the wider bed along the fence and I'm looking into what I can do with the other bed along the house. It's maybe 2.5 feet wide. Because this area sits alongside the house, it's considerably warmer than the rest of the property which has been godsend for my citrus. I'm wondering if I could espalier berry plants on the other bed but I'm not sure if that's possible. I think they wouldn't have strong enough rooms to hurt my foundation?

I already have gooseberry, huckleberry, and american cranberry and would like do a thornless raspberry, blackberry, or any kind of other berry, except blueberry.

Grapes are my backup option. Im in Zone 10a, Sunset 17.
