Thanks all! Thanks houssan, I think I got rid of the spam. So weird. Anyway, agree about the shade color but will be hard to find other ones that fit perfectly. And my current rug is ok with the picture, right? I really don’t want to change out my rug, lol.

Think you've done great here on more than just the lamps. Will your art get a frame, or will you hang as raw canvas? Either could work, just checking on your plan here.

Check the light bulbs....changing them will change the light coming through the shades. Some bulbs say daylight and others say bright white and maybe something else if you can check.

Have you tried just one lamp there? The cabinet isn’t so long that it requires two. I think a narrower buffet lamp ( or lamps) would look better.

Too big/ too tall.

I think I'd get something with a little blue in it to complement the rug. They somehow are too heavy for the painting and too dark on the buffet. Maybe a little glass or crystal?

Perhaps smaller scale lampshades and lighter lamps more in keeping with the light feeling of your beautiful painting and very pretty room!

We like the lamps, but perhaps the lamps shades could be skinnier?
