Bathrooms Design Dilemma Flooring

Help with tile arrangement and pattern.

Hello, i'd like an opinion for a tile arrangement in my small wc. here is the tile the concrete one. should i install it vertically or horizontally? maybe this wallpaper answers my question https://www.sticky.gr/el/products/wall-mural-concrete-10. Should i place it 1 to 3 or one next to another. some more photos

Follow the manufacturers layout suggestions. With long planks your biggest issue will be "lippage". That is the problem of the tiles not being totally flat one to the next. For a small bathroom, I would consider a different tile. Perhaps a hexagon shape would be better? You will probably have a lot of waste with the long tiles too. You just don't get the visual bang of the length in a small space.

It would also depend on the look you want.

Follow mfg instructions as instructed above.

Up/down is less traditional.
