Acceptable Quartz Seam?

We got our Calacatta Gold Quartz countertops installed the other day and we’re not entirely happy with how this seam is gray vs white. We have a large diamond shaped island (which required two cuts) and this seam is all I can focus on since it’s literally the centerpiece of the kitchen.
I’ve also researched a ton on how it’s “impossible” to have an invisible seam with this color counter, but I feel like there at least could have been a better color match at least?
