Here there, thanks for stopping by the forum. I am not an experienced gardener as others here, but to me your rose just looks like iceberg or something similar. Unfortunately to me the pink spots are not a rose trait but an infection. I hope someone else with better knowledge can give you a more satisfying answer. I tried finding some white rose pictures with pink dots in my phone, but I guess I don’t really take pictures when they get spotted. If it is the infection, all you have to do is have any white rose and the right humid conditions to get some pink spots. Good luck! Looking forward to to seeing other answers.

Yes, that looks like a botrytis fungal infection to me. There are some roses that have stripes and speckles but that isn't one of them.

Azra, if you like spotted roses, there is a charming rose with spots, not caused by botrytis or weather related, bred by a gentleman who posts here.

Azra there several bicolor roses out there you may like with similar colors.

These two white pink roses come to mind. Pictures courtesy of Heirloom and country roses. I apologize I know they aren’t simply spotted, but these fit the bicolor pink/white and maybe could fit what you want.

My Belindas blush got this wierd splotchy look during summer. Not sure what it was, reading this thread makes me wonder if it was fungal. It is starting to bloom again, so will see what happens.

thank you all for your answers. Learned a lot here reading about roses. Now I remember I saw these spots on yellow and pink roses too, so it must be some unusual state, not their natural look. That's probably why they are so hard to find on internet. Nobody want make photo f infected roses :)
