Mike, thank you for the tip! She looks like she is having fun, not only growing and caring for plants but encouraging others to do the same. She seems to have more interior light than I do, and quite possibly more humidity, but I'll find out more about her growing conditions as I check out her channel.

That (starting a store) is certainly okay to do (okay with me, anyhow!). It looks like she lives in or near Los Angeles, so she has some competition! Rainforest Flora, in Torrance, kind of advertises on YouTube thanks to an admirer (Barry Landau) who loves video-ing Tillandsias, Bromiliads and similar plants. Viewers learn a lot and dream of visiting the greenhouse/store.

i just find it so ironic people being so environmentalist by growing plants but they buy or sell plants online and get it deliver which is much more not environmentally friendly

Then... don't buy from them? Buy no plants that are sold online, that's the solution! Ask where your local nursery gets their plants, so you can boycott them, too. Plants brought by humans into my area, so those humans feel more "at home", are often not right for the local environment. Occasionally the plants escape and thrive, becoming weeds in effect, but mostly they just demand more water and care than the original planter realized. Green lawns are not normal in the high desert!

Yes that is what I will do. do you like youtubers when they do nursery tours?

I've only watched two (Landau and Svetlana), not enough experience for me. Usually I end up wishing we had more and closer plant nurseries in my area.
