NYBG is closed (obviously due to the pandemic) and will not reopen before the scheduled finish of the orchid show (April 19). It was on my calendar. Should have gone earlier. Well, next year...

There are some 90 orchid societies in NSW, Australia, and all scheduled (mostly monthly) meetings are cancelled.

Main orchid show season runs from June to October (winter and spring here) fingers crossed that the virus will be under control by then, but I am pessimistic.

Sigh!

We were lucky, my Club had their show early January. The Club had a display at the Venice show early February. That was it, all others cancelled. Wonder about Redlands this year. Miami area was hit hard with the virus.
