Garden Container Gardening House Plants

Anyone have any advice on growing shamrocks? I planted seeds and lightly covered them with soil. I monitor moisture to make sure conditions are not wet but moist and will spray with water and I was advised to keep covered with Saran Wrap.
Does anyone have an idea of how long it can take to see the seeds start to sprout? I wonder if I’m doing something wrong.
It’s only been a week and I know it can take more time, I sure. Just want to make sure I start on the right path. And tips/advice are greatly appreciated.
