Speaking generally, Speakman is a great shower head fixture. If you want more flow, remove the flow restrictor.

Not clear what you mean by "shower fixture" but Home Depot has a variety of Speakman shower heads, etc., many with reviews. The maximum shower head flow rate these days is 2.5 gallons per minute outside of California where it's 1.8 gpm.
