Yes, exactly what Jeffrey R. Grenz said. Also, take your inspiration picture with you. Most stone and masonry suppliers I’ve worked with can do a blend of stones as well. So they might be able to suggest a blend of a couple standard mixes that will end up giving you exactly the look you want. They will also be able to help you sort through the choices of cut (split face, bed face, etc.) and shape (most companies seem to call that blocker, square shape “castle” something or other).
