Indoor colors, flowers and plants, please let’s see them, March 2021)

Do you have any plants to show us this month, please?

Fragrant, colorful, sentimental, big, small and in between?

I will post a few later once I gain access to my pics. But any plants are welcome to give us all something to smile about.

Mike

Allison the Ageratum, the pomegranate baby's best friend. It's been blooming non-stop since October. Western windowsill, plus 40 watts of LED light, organic and synthetic feeding.

I'll photograph more later when I have time. Right now, not so much.

Awesome! I have one 'cactus blooming mildly, but nothing like that, and it's in a tiny pot like yours. I should photograph. The others look healthy, though.

The Thanksgiving cactus bloomed as expected in November, then it budded up again last month and has been putting on a blazing bright show ever since! It's hard for the camera to even capture the brilliance of the red blooms.

    Beautiful Josh!

Mine just finished a second bloom too!

Are yours in a 5-1-1 mix.?

Thanks, Jojo! Your Easter cacti are awesome, as well.

My big old Christmas cactus is in 5-1-1 mix, but the little Thanksgiving cactus is growing in pure fir bark. It REALLY needs to be repotted this season, once it's done blooming.

My Thanksgiving cactus is in a mix of potting mix and perlite, And not doing well. I am out of stuff for the 5-1-1 and it is so hard to find good bark here. But..... My plants need it.. so I guess I start hunting soon. lol...

The Easter are in peat. :-/ , I just got them a few weeks ago from Lowes. Waiting for the bloom to finish to get them in a better medium too.

    Your Christmas Cactus is huge!

    Beautiful!

I just shot an image of this for another thread for 'cactus care (it's a Thanksgiving Cactus). It's not in bloom, but it's one of my Home Office Friends. A bit bronzed by excess light, slightly south of western window, its friend is a baby tropical hibiscus with a slight cyanobacteria problem at the moment... :-)

Oh, it's in 2/3 Miracle Gro Moisture Control and 1/3 sand. Dash of Perlite.

Not indoor, as these Michelia trees are too big...some are fragrant (tropical fruits) other just remind me of cat litter😂!
