yes ... I bet they dop Viking doesoffer as an option. IYour stiove choice (entire kitchen is beautiful! am in process of rebuilding my home in Onset MA and will have a slide in gas stove, but will need to make my own "stove back splash"- so am interested in what metal is... galvanized steel, stasinless,... what guage etc I would probable have to have edges rolled... your project is extraordnary

The backsplash is stainless - you can reach out to your local appliance dealer and they can work with you on specifications from Viking as far as gauge and finish, etc.
The walls were literally our paint color diluted and painted on then pulled off with a cloth. Trial and error!
