Good morning. The downstairs has a full bathroom, storage closets, a kitchenette and a large open garage bay area.

Oh cool! Can you give me a broad estimate of the cost of this shed art studio? Like $100,000, $200,000, more? Just wondering. In the future I may decide to move my bead business to my farm and use the downstairs for beads. I guess you wouldn't build one in North Carolina?

Hi Lee, we only work in New Hampshire so sorry, no building in NC. In the Northeast, current pricing would push the total cost of this project over $200K. Many factors would need to be determined to develop a tighter budget range but it would be safe to assume you would be in excess of $200K. It is a great building and space.

Thanks for getting back to me. I LOVE the set up of that building...especially for me and my bead business. Sure beats the last one I looked into...it ran $450,000 in California. Gotta sell alot of beads to meet that payment.
