Febreze. It will remove anything and everything. Just add it to water, mop the floor, let it dry then spray Febreze spray on it again.

HI -- Try sudsing ammonia and give it a good scrubbing -- remember not to use it with bleach -- just by itself . You might have to check with a pet store or a janitor supply for something else if that doesn't work. You may have to give the floor a sanding to get the old glue removed. Maybe get some advice from a commercial cleaning company or get them to do it if the price is right . Fabreze is not going to work on cat urine , sorry . It's nice but you would need a 5 gallon pail of it and it still wouldn't work. Bleach won't work very well either , only for awhile but the odour will come back in time . Cat urine is the most difficult to deal with . The smell can linger for years ! PS: Better yet -- get it done by a pro -- my fear is you will poison gas yourself or get a chemical burn.

You have to use an enzymatic formula to neutralize the urea crystals. If you don't, those crystals will remain and anytime there is moisture--even a rainy or humid day--the odor will return. I can't speak to how it works on a concrete floor, but I had the problem with a wood subfloor and used Simple Solution. It took two applications on two different days, soaking it well each time, but it completely eliminated the odor.

We had the same issue with our last house. Eventually we used Kilz and it worked.
