What color stain is on these floors?

We are refinishing our floors and are looking for a slightly dark finish. Our floors are the thinner slat typical of our 1948 home. More brown than gold, maybe a hint of red but not much. Hmmm. Help?

Show this photo to your flooring professional. They should be able to custom mix it for you. Different wood species take color differently, so that must be taken into account. Also, an oil based polyurethane will change color over time. That factor must be figured into the color formulation too.
