Kitchen remodel. Considering a Wolf all-gas

We're starting a kitchen remodel, and need to order appliances now for mid 2022 completion. We've selected a SZ refrigerator, Miele DW, and would like a Wolf gas range. But, the maximum 15k BTU burners has my wife concerned.

The Wolf DF and the Wolf range top all have more powerful burners. Are there any rumors that the all-gas will be updated any time soon? Blue Star is not an option where we live. No sales, service or installation available, so options are limited.

I have all of these appliances plus a Kitchen Aid wall oven / microwave combo. I love my Wolf gas range and for me, 15,000 BTU is plenty. What is she cooking that she need higher heat? Higher BTU will also require more ventilation. We don’t use the oven as much as the KA, it’s a big oven, takes longer to heat up and the door is heavy and low. I would still buy it again over the 48” with the two ovens.
