I need a 12 x 15 rug and love the aesthetics of several of the Restoration Hardware rugs but most of the rugs have a significant amount of viscose mixed with various other components, sometimes including wool. I've always had the best experience with 100% wool rugs and wonder how much, if any, does the mix with viscose or other synthetic elememts negatively impact durability. Of course, they aren't inexpensive- some of them near a shocking $30,000 for the larger sizes (and you can't even see them in person before buying!) . My salesperson told me in confidence that she often hears complaints about their rug quality. Has anyone had a positive or negative recent experience with one of their rugs?
