exterior painting PLEASE help, scheduled to start this week!

I’m at a total loss for what color to paint our house and outbuildings. I originally thought Hale Navy or another darker color with white trim would pop, but my painter recommended white and now I’m confused! Do you have any recommendations for color of siding, trim and deck? Our door is beautiful walnut color.
We live in a heavily wooded area near Seattle so lots of gray days!

Have friends that just painted their cottage style home this color, with white trim. it looks fabulous! It will probably look very fresh and updated on your home.

They did the BM Hale Blue (I thought it was spelled hail, lol!)

The trim looks white, but not exactly sure what shade.

It looks really good. I would suggest all the trim work and the garage doors in white.

I like the summit grey or a white with grey trim. Both balance with roof.

Jackowskib - white with grey trim is an interesting idea. I like that better then black trim because I worry it will look to “farmy”. If I do white would you do the garage doors white or same gray?

I would not pop up garage door, so go with body color. Off white body with white trim would look good.
