Is it real stone? It looks like travertine. It can be tough to maintain. Once you get it really clean, you can seal it with a stone sealer and it'll probably make it a little easier to keep up.

Just FYI, that is a "tumbled" Travertine marble.

It’s called ”gut replacemt“. Nasty icky stuff.

Use a gel foam bleach cleaner. Its not going in your septic system, if you scrub your floors, unless you dump the dirty water down the drain. Once it is nice and clean, have it sealed, so its easier to clean.

It's travertine. I never had an issue with our travertine tile in our condo. Of course our tile was sealed to help it plus we had an excellent exhaust system we used every time we showered.
