BoConcept Sofa/Sectional Advice Sought

We are considering ordering a BoConcept sofa/sectional (the Bergamo). Does anyone have any experience with them as to workmanship and customer service? There are not many reviews on line. Their return policy is pretty abysmal and the sofa is on the pricy side, so I’m a little nervous.
