How much should it cost to refinish staircase-steps and install vinyl

New to this process and have been doing a lot of reading, but wanted to get some peoples thoughts on this pricing.

Install vinyl plank (520 sq ft) + bullnose (have the materials) = $1585

Supply and install primed base shoe - 130 linear feet - $390

Supply and install cov base under each stair tread bullnose - $210

Sand stain and finish stair threads, one coat stain, three coats water base sateen finish - $850

Total: $3,140 -> is this too expensive?

Have about 13 steps on my stairs. Just wanted to see if the pricing is fair, from my research it seems fair, but wanted some other opinions.

Im getting my staircase risers, treads, and landing sanded and refinshed now as part of a whole hose 1600sf job. That part is $1200 (I think). Bona sealer and 2 coats of Traffic HD. Consostent across a few quotes.

Thanks @cjs4775 that's what I was thinking. Thought it was initially at least in the ballpark. $1500ish for the vinyl installation, $1200 for the stair work. But first time going through this, but wanted to make sure it was a fair price.

I am not understanding what you are doing. If using vinyl for flooring then use that same for the treads and nosing

@Patricia Colwell Consulting We were originally looking to install the vinyl in the upstairs portion as well as on the stairs. Would use a bullnoses and vinyl for the treads, but the two people I spoke with that the bullnose wouldn't be the best due to the 'wear and tear'. Then the convo shifted towards re-doing the stairs.
