Just FYI, I ordered a runner from Ruggable on August 18, and it still hasn't shipped. I understand that there are supply chain issues for just about everything, but it's a bit frustrating. When I checked with customer service, they responded: "The order item was sent back to production multiple times as it failed to pass the quality requirement."

In the meantime, I get at least one promo / marketing email from them every day. I don't want to unsubscribe because I want to get my update if the thing ever ships.

Also FYI - they charged in full when I ordered.

Wow that’s terrible! Did the rug say it was in stock when it was ordered? They should not charge until it ships! Hate when companies do otherwise. It is wrong

I don't recommend Ruggable runners at all. we had one for about 2 years and got rid of it because it was so frayed and gross. We have a large area rug that is fine, but the edges and corners on a long thin rug don't last well IMO

I have a Ruggable rug, it's a basic 5x7 at the foot of the bed. It gets light foot traffic. I love it. I was very impressed with how it washed.

Someone was saying the runners aren't as good. So it might be a gamble. I'm still planning to buy a Ruggable runner because they're so easy to clean, which is an absolute necessity for me with my dog. I imagine you want a kitchen rug to be super easy to clean as well.
