House Exterior Paint choices

Hi there, seeking advice on house and trim colour combinations. As we can see, the previous owner did a great job of matching the stucco and trim to the shingle colour (mid tone driftwood type) The roof is in good shape and I won't be replacing it anytime soon, or I won't be here when the time comes. I find the colour scheme very monochromatic, and sometimes muddy and dull, and I just hate the brown though it matches. I'd like advice on a more modern pallet for trim, door, body that still matches the roof but pops. I'd like a bright white or cream that pops. I'm in love with BM classic grey and acadia (ivory?) white and I've used both at my cottage. Was thinking a combination of the two and perhpas a charcoal door? Thank you in advance.

I'd paint all the trim white for a refresh.

a rich berry color for the door.

I like the color of the body of the house. The trim color, not so much. Is the larger window towards the upper part of the house have a different color paint on it, than the trim on the lower windows? It looks grayer, and I like that color. Its the brown, that I dont like at all. I do like Lyn Nielson's idea of white for trim, and the rich berry color for the door.

Thank you for affirming my dislike of the brown, in fact I’ve never liked it. i do want a red, berry, or brick front door. Trim would be much easier so the question is light or dark?
