Another sledghammer/nut question seeking an overcomplicated technical fix. Rather than try to move the nest, which would amost certainly cause the parents to desert, you could simply water the pot from below temporarily until the birds leave. Place the pot in a saucer and fill it with water. Or insert a tube into the soil and water only into the tube.

It's not a "nut question" to want to protect a bird's nest. If you don't like the question, don't participate.

Saying you are taking a sledgehammer to crack a nut is not the same as saying it is a nut question. You just seem to have a propensity for seeking convoluted solutions, usually involving buying some gizmo, to relatively simple problems. I just hope your birds don’t desert with the disturbance. It’s not necessary to water ‘heavily‘ and if you water in the ways I suggested the soil surface need not even get wet. Not that a bit of moisture would bother a wild bird.
