Why is my syngonium wenlandii turning white

I bought a syngonium wenlandii last year and after about 3 months the leaves started to turn slightly yellow, i repotted this and the new leaves came out green but not the dark leaves you would expect but not it is only pushing out small white leaves, i have tried the usual feriliser it does not work, please can someone let me know what the problem maybe all my other syngoniums are perfect
