Will you use them? Do you have somewhere to store them? If yes to both, then yes to buying more. The plates are very pretty and if you love them and feel you can use them, then I see no harm. If you're worried about accumulation, then I'd avoid starting to collect a whole new set, but rounding out a current set seems reasonable if you think you'll use them.

I use Bidnapper for last-second auction sniping on eBay, and rarely lose with this method.

Agree with Sherry - contact the seller and see if they will do a buy it now. People are traveling and shopping in stores -- probably not ebay so much this weekend. If not, make a bid that allows for a couple of others to bid against it and lose but stays within what you consider a good buy. People have to really want something to bid and still be losing a couple of times and keep trying. I haven't used an app to bid, but those strategies and looking to see if the seller has another item I want and asking them to combine them are usually successful. And then you'd have 20 without waiting another 10 years.
