Is there anyway to fix concrete countertops stains?

Anything that I can do? unfortunately the property I rented installed concrete countertops and I do not believe they were properly sealed. is there anything I can do get out oil stains? it chips but the property management said it had chips before. anything I can do? I feel like I ruined these concrete top layered countertops and no matter how routinely I clean it seems to only make it worse.

Concrete countertops are junk. They suck stains worse than some quartzites. Google some stone poultices and give them a shot please.

I've had success with baking soda. I've also had success with powdered laundry soap. It worked like wonder on some easily staining surface I had in a rental house once. I didn't have cement, but both options are cheap, so try them. The powdered laundry detergent worked with a little sprinkled on the counter, a bit of water and a short wait. Then I wiped it up. I scrubbed with the baking soda.
