Im in Northern Colorado, and they do pretty well for me at a smidge over 5000 ft. i still have issues with late freezes that sometimes wreck the blooms. the blooms are pretty frost resistant, but not proof. Make sure to really look at the varieties you choose and get late blooming ones, and you need two varieties that bloom at the same time in order to get pollination and fruit. Hope others at higher altitude have more info good luck!

yeah, need 3 and they get dead bloom because of May frost more then they do not. So they can grow, cn you get somethign from them - it depends, big time
