Why is this countertop called dolomite quartz????

Hi All. I’m working on a kitchen renovation. I have 3 small children, I need something that will be generally low maintenance and can take a hit. Because of this I have been looking at quartz. Today at the stone yard I saw a slab called Dolomite grey quartz. They are telling me it’s a quartz. But why is the word Dolomite even there???? I don’t want to actually buy something that’s going to etch/stain/chip etc. I don’t think quartz is the most beautiful way to go. But I want durability. This “quartz” looks very nice and I like it. I brought 2 samples home. But this name is throwing me off. Is there dolomite in this. Does that make it more high maintenance. Thanks for all responses!!!
